Be sure to register before the deadline. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $150 per person is due at registration. If you are attending with your spouse, you will need to select "Married Registration Fee" at registration, and make a $300 deposit as a couple.
Registration Fees
NOTE: If you have been provisionally accepted for GCM staff you have the option to raise funds for your conference fees. If you have chosen to raise support for GCM to cover training costs, 88 percent of those funds can be credited toward the conference fee. All financial gifts received by GCM to cover training expenses must be made payable to GCM and received in office before the balance of your registration fees is due.

To participate in the conference, you must pay in full by the deadline. If you wish to send a check or money order (for deposit or conference fee balance), please send payment to the GCM office:

Cancellations for this conference must be received in writing in the GCM office two weeks before the conference begins. If the cancellation is received less than two weeks before the conference starts, you will be responsible to pay the entire conference fee.
Conference Fee and Reimbursements
The conference fee covers lodging, meals, conference trainer costs, and materials during the New Staff Training Conference.
The conference fee, transportation to and from the conference, and other expenses associated with the conference are eligible for reimbursement through GCM. If you drive to Orlando, you must keep a record of your odometer readings and retain receipts for food and other expenses.
