The MTD Follow Up Conference open to ALL STAFF involved in Ministry Team Development (MTD). It is required for all staff who have not been released to assignment, are full time (30+ hours a week), and who are not exceeding performancy standards (see below for further explanation of requirements).
In preparation for the conference we ask that you please read through the pages listed on the left sidebar carefully and thoroughly. You are responsible for all information included.
What is the MTD Follow Up Conference?
The MTD Follow Up Conference is an opportunity to connect with MTD trainers and coaches, as well as, other staff who are doing MTD. It's also a time to hear about the tools that can help you with your MTD and some new ideas that staff around the world are implementing and finding successful in their MTD journeys This time is designed as a time to be encouraged, refreshed, and to strategically look at your individual MTD situation. Because we try to design the time for those attending the topics can change from one conference to the next. Here are some examples of sessions we've done in the past:
God's Perspective on MTD
MyGCM - what is it? and how do I use it?
Group Strategies - visiting churches or small groups, presenting to boards, etc
Names Ask - asking for new names is crucial to the MTD process!

We always try to include times of prayer, encouragement, and discussion during the time.
Every participant will also be given a 45 - 60 minute individual session with one of our trainers where you will be given the opportunity to discuss your specific situation and address any questions you may have.
Required Attendance Policy
All staff members who meet the following standards, one week before the conference registration deadline, are REQUIRED to attend the MTD Follow Up Conference:
1. Have not been released to assignment
2. Are a 30+ hour a week GCM employee
3. Are not exceeding $100 a week in monthly reccuring giveing ($75 a week for 30 hour employees)**
OR
Your Supervisor or MTD Coach have required your attendance at this conference.
**Please note that averages are calculated beginning after the previous MTD Follow Up Conference OR beginning at your hire date (whichever is later).
