APPLICATION PROCESS

The GCM application process is as follows:

  • Once received, the application is reviewed for completeness.
  • The application material is evaluated.
  • The applicant is interviewed, either over the phone or in person.
  • The applicant’s references are contacted, and information is gathered and evaluated.
  • The decision is made and communicated to the applicant.

When the screening process has been completed, applicants are notified of GCM’s decision.  Applicants who are given provisional acceptance must complete the New Staff Training program prior to beginning employment with GCM. GCM reserves the right to perform additional steps in the screening process when necessary.
