Kip and Theresa work with Kairos in Hollywood, California, cultivating faith-building relationships in the community. Kip works with musicians in L.A. and assists Kairos with worship music and technical needs. Theresa works with Kairos childrens' ministries and hosts a weekly evangelical dinner discussion group in their home.

Matt is a bivocational pastor-in-training with Kairos Church in Santa Monica, California. He ministers to ninth graders and to the homeless and is in the process of starting a running club for these two groups.

As a missionary in the inner city, Shalom has different roles, She leads a ministry for needy children that provides clothing, school supplies, and toys. She works with discipleship with women in the community. She also helps as a mentor to at-risk high school students in a running mentoring group, helping them with four different kinds of goals: running, personal, scholastic, and spiritual.
