Salary and Benefits GCM missionaries engage in a process of raising support known as Ministry Team Development (MTD). It is through these efforts that GCM is able to pay the salary, benefits, and expenses of its employees.
We strive to provide missionaries with a competitive salary. Salary rates are influenced by criteria such as previous experience, level of maturity and ministry responsibility.
Through GCM, missionaries are also able to reimburse ordinary and necessary ministry expenses, such as travel, materials, postage, and conferences.
