TRAINING

GCM holds an eight-day New Staff Training two to three times a year. This intensive training equips missionaries to begin the work of vocational ministry. 

Our qualified trainers have years of experience in support-based ministry. They teach new missionaries how to build a ministry team by expanding their network of contacts, setting up ministry appointments, giving effective verbal and written presentations, and more.

In 2008, our trainings for full-time and part-time staff will be held in January, May and September. Intern and associate staff training is held in February. Learn more about our deadlines.
